From a previous smoker who stopped smoking for good with only one hypnotherapy session!
"I was a smoker for over 10 years. I started when I was 19 years old. Over the years I tried everything from patches, gum, inhalers, cold turkey and pills to quit but was not successful. My friends began to tell me to just deal with the reality that I was a smoker and to stop fighting it. I always promised myself i would not be a smoker in my 30's. Shortly after my 29th birthday, I decided to try hypnotherapy. I was referred to Dr Amy Fuller and discussed if hypnotherapy might work for me. You have to want to quit. Hypnotherapy alone will not make you quit. After going through the 1st session, I felt 100x more prepared to begin my quitting smoking journey. I still used the patch to help with the physical addiction. Amy told me it was up to me. After one week I felt strong enough to go the the Step 2 patch ( I never made it to step 2 in any of my past attempts). Within 3 weeks i was finishing up step 3 and was patch free. I'm not going to lie and say it was completely easy. I still had temptations and triggers but i felt my subconcious kicking in telling me, "NO!, YOU DON'T NEED THIS!!" and I was able to resist. Today I am in my 30s and still smoke free. I can be around smokers and my old triggers and no longer feel any desire to smoke. I am very appreciative to Dr. Amy Fuller for helping me with this accomplishment."
